This strategic position places the lodge between two remarkable parks, the Zambezi National Park on the Zimbabwean side and the Chobe National Park on the Botswanan side. Moreover, the lodge is merely 30 km away from the enchanting Kazuma Pan.
Guests are warmly received by Chobe Mopani Forest Lodge, whether arriving from the Zambia/Zimbabwe border post, Kasane town, or Kasane airport, and are then smoothly transported to the lodge. The journey from Kasane involves a nearly 40-minute drive on a well-maintained tarred road, ensuring accessibility throughout the year.
Given the lodge's unique location between two national parks, wildlife thrives in abundance, with the area serving as a home to the largest concentration of elephants in transit between them. Please note that walking to the lodge is strictly prohibited.
